Participants completing the program will receive a certificate of completion, and earn themselves a total of 3 college credits. The program is available at no cost to Maine residents who are 18 years of age or older. Participants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be unemployed or underemployed, able to lift 50lbs, and have the ability to climb a ladder.
