2-Day Butchery Workshop: Sow Belly Butchery and The Butcher and The Baker team up to lead this course on nose-to-tail pig processing. Join and learn hands on skills for butchery with the option to purchase a side of pig which can include chops, roasts, ribs, sausage and more.
